Paceory is currently in private development. Features, availability and these terms may be updated before public release.

1. Using Paceory

Paceory is a personal running and training application designed to help you view, organize and understand your own activity data. You are responsible for using the app lawfully and for keeping access to your device and connected accounts secure.

2. Fitness information

Paceory provides tools, calculations, trends and training information for general informational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Exercise involves risk, and you are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you.

3. Activity data and calculations

Distances, pace, heart rate, route information, predictions and other metrics can depend on data supplied by your device, imported files or connected services. Paceory aims to process these accurately but does not guarantee that every measurement, estimate or imported value will be complete or error-free.

4. Connected services

Optional integrations, including services such as Strava, MapKit and WeatherKit, are subject to the availability and terms of their respective providers. Paceory is not responsible for outages, changes or data supplied by third-party services.

5. Your content

You remain responsible for activity files, notes and other information you add to Paceory. You must have the right to use any content you import or provide.

6. Availability and changes

Paceory may be changed, improved, suspended or discontinued, in whole or in part. During private development, features and data structures may change between builds.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Paceory, attempt to interfere with its services or infrastructure, use the service to violate applicable law, or attempt to obtain secrets, credentials or data that you are not authorized to access.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

Paceory is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

9. Privacy

Your use of Paceory is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how the app is designed to handle personal and activity information.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as Paceory develops. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.

These terms are a development-stage draft and should be reviewed before public App Store release, particularly for the laws and business entity that will govern the final service.
